What an utterly strange year, 2022 has been. the art of building Agility into your innovative thinking and approaches. Why did I call my advisory service Agility Innovation , it conveys the need to be agile, to be responsive, to be different and seek new ways of undertaking something.
We need to manage reskilling and upskilling to mitigate against both job losses and talent shortages but prepared the future workforce to be more nimble, agile and fluid. What struck me was the role innovation plays in all three categories: today’s skills (2018), those that will have demand in 2022, and those that will decline in 2022.
Working individually I suppose this does have the real advantage of being small, nimble and, yes, agile (in my own way) to provide a different fresher perspective than many others. Initial thinking on this was initially outlined on my Ecosystems4innovating posting site in 2022.
The Coach for Innovators Amplifiers, a small group of global business game changers, started engaging in monthly dialogue sessions in 2022.
