When I step into a room to facilitate a strategy, innovation, or ideageneration session I usually find a great deal of energy. The research that says brainstorming doesn’t work studied groups with no training and no facilitator. Knowledge of frameworks like Lean, Agile, CPS and Design Thinking are essential.
IdeaGeneration: This is the initial stage where new ideas are created. It can involve brainstorming sessions, crowd-sourcing ideas from employees or customers, and conducting market research to identify unmet needs. Here, ideas are evaluated based on feasibility, strategic alignment, and market potential.
