We learned that if we asked executives a series of questions leading to the information needed to complete a strategy plan, they became productivestrategy planners. Strategy Implication: Remove the tedious aspects of strategy planning, replacing them with efficient alternative approaches.
We’re big proponents of the value of bringing together a diverse group of people with varied creativethinking skills for strategic planning workshops within organizations and communities. We created a fast-paced half-day in-person workshop for a small group of sales and marketing leaders at an animal pharma company.
