Let me summarize where we are today in designthinking. In the past couple of weeks, I have been spending a fair amount of time on investigating designthinking. This is part one of my thoughts that came out of investigating and researching designthinking in the past couple of weeks.

Within these two posts, I want to provide my thoughts, bridging the present and pointing towards a better designthinking future, one that in my opinion, is urgently needed. Part one is here.
Committing to becoming a far more innovative company requires training people on the tools and methods, introducing more risk and uncertainty in the business and experiencing occasional learning experiences that others might call failures. Get Training! Inexperience in: the kind of divergent thinking necessary to innovate, in specific meeting behaviors and facilitation skills, and in innovation process, approaches and frameworks.
